What is PSD2?
PSD2 (Payment Services Directive 2) is a new European law aimed at making online payments safer. When you wish to pay for your online purchases by credit card, your bank may require you to confirm your identity via the 3D Secure authentication protocol.
What are the different payment steps for placing an order?
When you place an order from Europe, you may be directed by your bank to a 3D Secure authentication page. There are many ways to authenticate online payments, and you might be prompted to confirm your identity via SMS, email, or even TouchID. Once your payment is authenticated and your order is placed, you will be redirected to Sajda’s confirmation page. We will inform you by email as soon as your order has been confirmed.
How will my bank confirm my identity?
Please contact your bank to learn about its 3D Secure authentication procedure. Also, ensure they have your correct and up-to-date contact details, in case they use SMS or email for authentication.
What should I do if I am unable to place an order?
If you encounter any difficulties, contact our Customer Service to place an order by phone.

What currencies can I use?
Your settlement currency is determined by your country of delivery and will be indicated at the payment stage before finalizing your purchase. If your local currency is not available, your order will be processed in USD to ensure you a competitive exchange rate.
When will my bank account be debited?
If you pay via debit card or PayPal, Sajda charges the payment at the time the order is placed on our site. If you pay by credit card, the total amount is usually debited when your order is ready to be shipped; however, it is possible that your bank or card issuer may hold the order amount immediately.
