How to Obtain Your Invoice

We are committed to reducing our environmental impact, which is why paper invoices are no longer included in Sajda parcels. To obtain your digital invoice, simply log into your Sajda account via our website.

Delivery Terms

Depending on the selected delivery option, Sajda orders can arrive any day of the week. The delivery cost varies depending on the shipping method, the origin, and the destination of the ordered items. Express delivery is available for all destinations, while standard delivery is possible for certain countries only. All available delivery options for your order and destination will be displayed at the time of payment. For your last-minute orders, same-day delivery is also available in some major cities (detailed information below).

Fixed Delivery Cost: Depending on your location, we offer a single shipping rate, regardless of the number of items.

Europe

  • France: 2.99 EUR
  • Belgium and Luxembourg: 4.99 EUR
  • Switzerland: 5 CHF
  • Spain, Netherlands, Italy, and Germany: 2.99 EUR
  • United Kingdom: 3.99 GBP | Sweden: 57 SEK | Denmark: 37 DKK | Poland: 21 PLN | Romania: 4.99 EUR | Rest of the EU: 4.99 EUR

The fixed shipping cost equals the least expensive delivery option available for the farthest item in your order from your delivery address. All available delivery options will be displayed at the time of payment.

Delivery Times

Express Delivery

  • Available in most destinations in Europe and the USA: same-day or within 1 to 2 days*
  • Rest of the world: delivery within 3 to 7 days* Standard Delivery
  • Available in some countries: delivery within 1 to 2 days* Our transport partners are DHL, UPS, and Chronopost.

*Delivery times are estimates based on the shipment time of your package. Sajda is not responsible for any delays related to the customs clearance process or payment delays.

Duties & Taxes

Value-added tax (VAT) and import duties are included in the price of orders to the following countries/territories: European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway. Therefore, you will not incur additional charges upon receipt of your order.

When ordering from or to your own customs zone, you may not be charged import duties but might have to pay VAT or a local sales tax. For the UK, these are included in the price at checkout.

For orders to destinations not listed above: you may be required to pay taxes and import duties. These are not included in the online price and you may have to pay them upon receipt of your order or later, depending on the customs regulations of the destination territory. We are unable to estimate the additional charges your order may incur, so we advise you to consult the relevant customs or tax authorities before ordering.

Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with all the information about it. We may contact you to verify certain payment-related information.

Depending on your location and the selected delivery method, the order can take between 2 and 7 business days to be delivered from the shipping date. We will ensure to provide you with the tracking number and the estimated delivery date. You can also track your order by visiting My Account > Orders & Returns.

We always strive to deliver orders within the specified times, however, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process or payment refusals.

Cancellation

Changed Your Mind?

To cancel an order:

  • Go to My Account > Orders & Returns.
  • Select the item(s) you wish to cancel and the reason(s) for cancellation.
  • We will send you an email confirming the cancellation of your order.

 

If your order is being prepared, we will no longer be able to cancel it.
