Statements on Modern Slavery

Sajda makes this statement in accordance with Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and describes the actions taken by the Company against slavery and human trafficking during the year ending December 31, 2019.

At Sajda, our values are at the heart of everything we do and guide our decisions on what is right for our business, our employees, our customers, and the partners we work with. One of our core values is “Be Human,” which equates to caring for others, celebrating diversity, and uplifting those around us. Our approach to modern slavery is intrinsically linked to this value.

Policies and Association’s Code of Conduct

Our Global Code of Conduct (“Code”) is based on certain human rights policies. It is communicated to all Sajda employees (translated where necessary) and is an integral part of the contractual process. We have established a “Speak Up Line,” an ethical alert process accessible to employees and external stakeholders (including suppliers) to guarantee a clear and, as far as possible, confidential way to report any violations of the Code.

We have deployed our Supplier Code of Conduct (“Supplier Code”). Based on internationally recognized standards and principles, our Supplier Code defines the behaviors, standards, and practices we expect from our suppliers, their employees, and their subcontractors.

The Modern Slavery Statement was developed by the General Counsel and the Director of Sustainable Development and was approved on behalf of the founder of Sajda on November 21, 2023.
